I use small zip-ties to bind the cables together neatly, then slide another zip-tie through an existing one and anchor it to a suitable point inside the case. Just make sure you cut off the excess plastic from the zip-ties so they can't foul any fans.

(Tape will eventually come unstuck with the heat & leave a sticky mess).
