I've had 5006 standard clock (usually OC'd by around 250MHz) since I got the card but today its been showing around 4500MHz. I've tried reseating the GPU, restarting PC, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling precision XOC, and nothing has helped.

Any ideas? Could it be the my 970 is pulling too much power? (I'm mining on it, tried to sell it but nobody wants it soo may as well put it to use right?)
Can I just crank it up to +750MHz to get what I was getting before, or should I try to resolve the issue?
