is 520watts enough to oc ryzen 1700?

Hi im planning a upgrade and i choose ryzen 7 1700 because im going to use it for rendering....my question is can I overclock my ryzen 7 1700 in a 520watts power supply? These are my specs

8gb of ram 2133
GIGABYTE GTX1050ti
1tb 7200rpm HDD
MSI B350M MORTAR
SSD 120GB

With a 1050Ti as a GPU, you won't run into capacity issues. It can deliver more power than your system can physically draw before burning down.

In terms of how much Hz you will achieve, that's tough to say. Depends on the quality of your chip, the stability of your grid, the VRMs on your board, the power delivery of your board, the stability of the PSU (which should be alright) and some luck.
