Hello everyone. I recently bought HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR3-1333MHz, 2 sticks of 4GB to upgrade from 2x2GB. When I turn the pc on, it gets stuck on the boot screen. The bios can't be accessed though the promts are there. I'm using a Foxconn H55MXV motherboard. Is it a hardware issue? Is the new RAM incompatible?

I would check to make sure the RAM is seated properly. Also, try booting with only one stick installed to see if the issue may be with one stick or the other.
Lastly, I would make sure the BIOS are up to date.
