Which processor will be better(i3 8th gen or Ryzen 5 1600)??

Hi, I am going to make my first rig... So I was thinking which processor should I go with i5 8th generation or Ryzen 5 1600..... I will use it for heavy gaming purpose and also I need to use Adobe AfterEffects, HitFilm, Vegas Pro and for streaming too....

Between the two, Ryzen 1600 wins by extra 2 cores. They will benefit video/photo editing and streaming

Also by 4 threads. I would go for the Ryzen 5 1600, it will be much better when editing and streaming because of its stronger multi-core performance.

streaming will have an advantage if you have more cores and threads the r5 1600 will be the much better choice and you can overclock it making it much faster
