Fx6300+asrock 960gm-vgs3 fx, fps drops+70°C in games

Hi guys,
Since i bought this configuration:
AMD FX6300+ASROCK 960gm-vgs3 fx+COOLER MASTER 212+8gb ram+gtx1050ti i have some huge problems playing CS:go,League of Legends,FIFA 18,GTA 5,MKX. My temperature is around 50-55 in idle and 65-70 in gaming...In gaming my fps dropping from 200-300 to 40-60,im using msi burner and my cpu shows that is used 80%+ and temperature around 68-70... i think that my problem is my motherboard but im not sure...im just frustrated that i cant play my games that i used to play on a inferior pc with constant fps... sorry for my english and please help !!

The first thing is to check your cooling. It's hard to evaluate other parts while that's still a problem, because temperatures in this range can cause the CPU to throttle, which would explain in-game drops.

Yes i know, Idk Why ITS that high, i think that My motherboard or CPU might have a problem... But i wanna know Whats the problem So i can solve it
