Planning my first budget pc build, are these components compatible?

Motherboard : Gigabyte
Processer : Intel G4560
Ram : Kingston 4Gb, Dolgx 2Gb
CPU Cooler : Intel Fan
Hard Disk : Westen Digital
Optical Drive : LG
Psu : Enter

My G41 mobo expired last week with no parts to repair, rendering my intel e7400 processor useless so i tried choosing new pc parts compatible with my current components.

Parts that i have :-

Ram (both)
Fan
Hard Drive
Psu

Parts that i want to buy :-

Motherboard
Processer
Optical Drive
Cabinet

My budget is Rs 20000 (Indian National Currency)

So please tell me if they are compatible with each other and if not then their alternatives.

1) The Pentium G4560 is unavailable from amazon. So I don't know you had that cpu or not.

2) If you already had the g4560, you are better to buy the B250 MB for the g4560, because the H110 MB may need update the BIOS for the g4560. Here is the info: The MB need F20 for the g4560. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-H-DDR3-rev-10#support-cpu But if you can find someone update the BIOS for you, and you are fine.

3) If you need to buy the B250, then the DDR3 RAM does not fit into the B250, because the MB only support the DDR4 RAM.

4) If you had the computer case, and add little bit more money, recommend to buy the Ryzen3 1200.
