So i had this coil whine in my pc and found that the psu was the culprit but actually the hard drive is making it to coil whine. Whenever i start my pc without a hdd, psu is almost completely silent. I just bought another hdd but it still makes the coil whine. How is it possible for a hdd to make the psu coil whine, and i wonder how should i fix it or if i can.
