Hey everyone. Yesterday I tried to overclock my cou (AMD Ryzen 3 1200) and now when I try to start my pc all fans are spinning and all the leds are working but my monitor doesn't get signal. It isn't in the cable or the monitor. I tought that my power supply might be too small (450 watts). Or I fried my motherboard and cpu. Is there anyway to tell which one it is? I'm grateful of all the help I can get

It is normal. Your oc setting is not stable. Just remove your cmos battery for a while and then put back, everything resets.
