I've purchased Pdf_Architect4 and Reimage. For both of them, the license key entry window will not accept keystrokes. Hence I cannot activate either software. Neither product support team has been able to solve the problem despite many attempts. I'm running XP pro with SP3.
Any ideas? The text box for key entry fails to become active.
