Intermittant SSD Boot Failure

Have a Lenovo 20622 with 128GB SSD. Samsung PM851. Had boot failure. Boot Drive not found. Was intermittent and then stopped working at all. Replaced SSD. Rebuilt successfully using USB from MS. Recovered backup data. Used for about 2 week. Now, the boot drive error is back and intermittent. Fails, wait a few hours with power off then it works ok.
Could I have another bad drive?

Power problem perhaps.

Loss connection on power or data cables.

Could try replacing both power and data cables.

Does the drive feel hot or overly warm?

Might be worth running the Samsung diagnostic software on the drive as well.

Just remember that anything you do could cause more problems and/or data loss.

SSD diagnostics?

Run Event Viewer. Look for any related error codes or warnings via the OS.

Any signs of heat or temperature related problems? Something heats up, expands, shorts, and crashes.

Cools down - aka: "wait a few hours with power off then it works ok".

Doesn't seem to be heat related. Happens sometimes when first coming on.

I look at the event logs and there are so many errors I don't know how to separate meaningful stuff out.
