Hi!

My samsung 840 evo is showing lower random (IOPS) write and read than usual. In the past i had about 80k write and 80k read or something like that (benchmarked using samsung magician). Now i have only 60k read and 30k write. I did an advanced performance optimization using samsung magician 5.1 (not the standard performance optimization that only uses trim) and now my read is 70k and write 64k. I usually have to do this every month when i see that i have low write and it usually fixes it but now i have even less performance than i usually have after having done a performance optimization. Is my SSD slowly dying? I have the latest firmware for the 840 (EXT0DB6Q). AHCI is enabled aswell as a 6gb/s sata III cable. 22.7 TB have been written on the drive.

Specs:
Windows 10
i5 4670k
Nvidia 970 GTX
8GB Ram
Asus Z87-A
Samsung 84O EVO SSD

Thanks!
