Here are the specs: (New Build) + I have read all guides on here and on YouTube:

i7 4875T (pulled from Alienware Alpha) was working fine.
IH81M Lenovo Motherboard (1150 Socket) (ThinkCentre M73 board)
Intel Stock Cooler
New thermal paste, correct amount
DDR3 Patriot Ram, 2 sticks, 8 per stick, 16gb total, 1600mhz
Gigabyte 1050TI GPU
600W PSU (tested) prior to install
Thermaltake Case
2x Kensington 128 SSD's

So, I'm NOT getting any Display ... not sure about USB power also.

With EVERYTHING connected, the computer powers up, all fans, NO display and my Logitech gaming Keyboard and Mouse (backlit) are not showing any backlighting.

I have read the "Post Guide" from this forum, and watched too many youtube videos.

So far:

I have unplugged the psu power cable. Held down the power button for a minute. Restarted system, no change.

Removed and checked CMOS battery, all fine. Even used the jumper.

Removed dedicated Graphics Card, and tried using built in VGA connection off mobo to display, no change.

Removed Sata and Power connections to both SSD drives, no change.

Removed all USB connections, no change.

Removed the SW Reset plug (just in case), no change.

Removed 1 stick of ram and swapped it's location, no change.

Tried the other stick of ram, in both sockets, no change

Removed both Ram Sticks ... NOW when I power on, I get 3 short beeps, and 1 Long (indication of having no memory, this makes sense)

Checked my CPU, 4pin mobo connection, it's fine.

I had to make my own 14 pin mobo connection from a 20 pin, looks fine, and all pins are connecting. (Perhaps an Issue??) But, I did follow multiple tutorials.

Disconnected the FP audio and USB cables, no change.

The only thought that I have is that the bios in not recognizing the CPU? I know I will have to flash at some point.

Out of ideas. Can anyone offer more advice? Thanks very much!
