Which of these 2 CPUs for streaming.

I know they are off of the line beasts. But Which one of these 2 for hardcore gaming, and ultra hardcore streaming?

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920x 12 cores @ 4.0 Ghz
AMD Ryzen threadripper 1950X 16 cores @ 4.0 Ghz

they will be in the rig with a GTX 1080 ti.

Neither, you will never use that many threads when streaming.
If you can get a 8700k that would probably be the "better" choice.

You dont need 32 threads, you need a handful of stronger threads.

Mo difference in streaming and gaming between the two, since they both have at least double the threads required for that

And being at the same frequency, they would perform the same for those 2 tasks.

Will I be able to stream on the 8700k, which some multi tasking with not lagging the stream?

Depends what you mean by "Multitasking".
Generally speaking, running the stream, game, and communication software is not considered multitasking while streaming.

Sure thing. 6 cores + 6 threads is more than enough for that. Besides, each core on the i7 gives higher single-thread performance, and also overclocks higher.

I saw videos that when you use a Ryzen chip, 0 frames were dropped, and that the stream is beautifuly smooth. With the i7 7700k, it had a hard time creating such a beautiful stream, and had lots of lags. Will the 8700k be beautifuly smooth? There is a video of it somewhere on youtube.

1) Youtube videos mean nothing.
2) You will have no issues if you are just getting into streaming.
3) Ryzen and Threadripper are not really to be compared, one is a budget heavily threaded processor, the other is for content creators, not gamers.

7700k is 4 core + 4 threads, 8700k is 6 cores + 6 threads + increased clockspeed. It should definitely be smooth. I am sure that reviews regard streaming on 8700k will start appearing everywhere very soon, and probably already have.

you can go with ryzen 7 1700 as well, 8 cores 16 threads, perfect for streaming.

The ryzen 7 is a great choice on a budget, if you are worried about buttery smoothness, the i7 will give you the few extra frames you need.
If you were looking into threadripper, I assume the extra cost isnt an issue.

I mean, they say the ryzen has like maybe 20 or 15 less FPS. So lets say you get 100 FPS in a game, you will then get like 80. Still playable. Shouldnt be any lower tho. But its all about what the viewer gets.

8700k or R5-1600/R7-1700, preferably the 8700k. Threadripper gives Ryzen gaming performance but for $900 more in MB/ CPU cost.... the difference in cost will fully fund a GTX1080ti!!!
