So i've bought myself the RX560 4gb MSI OC card recently. However when plugging it in my keyboard and mouse will stop working when powering and my samsung tv will show the message of no signal check power to connected device and cables.

However when using my older gt430 2gb and GTX950 2gb everything works fine both HDMI and VGA.

I currently run Core I5 2320, 2x4gb DDR3 G.Skill, Gigabyte H61 MB, Gigabyte Odin 470watt PSU, 2x seagate 7200 1TB HDD and one seagate 7200 500GB HDD. Even if i unplug all except C drive and extras it still do it.

Nothing wrong with cable and TV. Please assist.

Ps. Stupid question, is it necassary to remove all previous Nvidia drivers etc from pc before installing AMD? (Note its already done) or can one remove it after installing the new GPU?

I installed my card and did first boot on old monitor that is a DVI-D. Bios displayed and motherboard splash screen came up fine. The monitor I use on new system is hdmi and the 560 card doesn't display any of the boot sequence on the hdmi. First screen is windows log in. I have to use old monitor to enter bios. I'm here looking for a way to make display boot on the hdmi. Thought it might be a first time boot thing that locked the basic video output but with your issue it seems that maybe it is set out of the box.

I think there is an issue where the newer AMD cards may require a uefi bios. Try booting from the built in graphics on your system, see if there are any bios updates for your motherboard as mentioned above, apply it if applicable, then try the new card.

Also, what power supply is in your system? And does your new card require a 6 pin power connection?

Im on Amd 1300x no integrated graphics. All bios updated at build. Low power system, my psu is 400w. Card is powered through board. Just no HDMI output on boot only dvi-d output for motherboard splash screen.
