Need Any Suggestions Please!

I am helping my friend build his first PC. He wants a higher end PC. This is the rig i have so far.

He wants go with mostly white and some black parts. Then, put blue lighting in the case and make it shine.

My question is, does anyone have any suggestions to parts as far as better ones, better prices, or any ideas you might have?

Thank you for your time and have a great day!
