quick compatibility check

I would rather go with the 2x4GB setup from the outset. If you want to upgrade down the line, it's easier to buy a matching set later on.

If you get 1x8GB now and decide to buy another stick later on, there's no guarantee the new stick would play nicely with the old one.
Go with an H270 motherboard. You might run into BIOS issues using the one you've chosen. It would be more prudent to go with a motherboard that would support the CPU you've chosen out of the box without the possibility of having to update the BIOS.

Otherwise, it will work.

quick question, because i'm on a tight budget i won't be upgrading the mobo. because it only has 2 ddr4 slots should i get 1x8 instead of 2x4 for future upgrades?
