I'm using a hardware raid 0. If my ssd if full (max capacity), is it possible for me to swap to an empty SSD and continue with my operation? will there be an error with the raid?
Yes there will; it will destroy all of your data. Seriously. RAID 0 splits data across two (or more) drives. Any given file exists on both drives. if you remove one of those two drives and replace it, none of your files will be usable.

You can't just swap drives in a RAID 0 array. You'd need to completely rebuild it, and then add the data back into it.
But...what drives do you have in this system and how exactly are they configured?
