Posted a thread last week about a friend who was having problems with his build. As mentioned he had no previous experience of building a system. Per your suggestions I asked him to start with Ramcheck but he broke one the Ram slots. He is about to throw the whole system away and order a custom build for £2 K. I suggested that replacing Mobo and Ram should give a good system.
So would be grateful for suggestions for Mobos to go with his
2 x Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan 6GB GDDR5 Graphics Card SLI
Intel i7-3970X 6 Core Processor ( 3.2GHz, Socket 2011, 15MB Cache)
I suggested adding a 240 gb M2 ssd for Win 10 install.
He has couple of SSD and HSSD already.
FYI I have included the specs he was quoted for his custom build below .
