my system:
Motherboard: gigabyte GA-Z97-Gaming 3
Cpu: intel i5-4670k
Gpu(planned for december): Asus-DUAL-GTX1070-O8G
PSU: FSP Hyper 600w
RAM: 4x4gb Kingston hyperx fury
Cooler: Coolermaster 212 Evo

My room ambient temperature without AC is about 32C, for light overclocking with my rig as is, what multiplier and voltage should i set? (i'm perfectly happy with 4.2Ghz, i hope i don't jinx the lottery with this lol). i'm a little worried about the PSU tho (and for the momment can't squeeze the budget for new psu). Thanks for the help.

At stock speed, while on IBT(very high), cpu-z and hwmonitor tells me that Vcore: 1.155-1.180, iddle temp: 40C, stress test Temp: 79C, using hyper 212 evo, should i be worried? What OC can i get from this cpu? And for some reason the multiplier on Cpu-z under load is x36 (8-38) is this due to turbo boost?
(haven't tried the OC until i buy Corsair CX650m next month)
prime95 26.6: 70C max
OCCT: 78C max (itsaid overclock 5.9%)
