best graphics card manufacturer

I am planning to buy a gt1030 graphic. Which one should i purchase zotac, palit, gigabyte or msi? Also should i go passive or air cooling?

The only possible limiting factor I would say is that if your PCIe x16 slot is located at the edge of the motherboard - in that case, it might be possible that only a card with a single-slot-height cooler will fit. Not all manufacturers seem to make GT1030 cards with a single-height cooler option.

Aside from that, you generally can't go wrong with any of the major players.

Gigabyte and MSI have a decent cooling system and are pretty much a straightforward decision IMHO, alongside ASUS's GPUs.

Whichever fits your budget, the 1030 is already a low profile card with no real heat issues.
As long as you case has a good airflow, you'll have zero problems.
