Rapid changing of polarity of electro magnets

I have tried to get assistance in the past but, due to my total lack of expertise, have had no success.
I wish to purchase a device which will simultaneously change the polarity of two electro magnets between once and a few hundred times a second.
H bridges and signal generators have been mentioned but mean nothing to me really. I need to know where I can get one of the shelf.
When posting before, I get asked questions like power, et cetera, which I cannot answer. All I can say, at this stage, power and size are not too important. I expect magnets to be rectangular and about two inches long. As long as they have reasonable power, that would be sufficient.

Thank you for your response. My lack of knowledge in this field makes it difficult to understand why the power is so important to solve the issue.
ANY rectangular electro magnet approximately two inches long with sufficient power to attract, say a piece of iron weighing a couple of ounces from half an inch away will be suitable. Almost any electro magnet which can be controlled by some device to change the polarity rapidly will set things in motion.
In other words, if there is ANY means of doing this, it will be enough to get me on the road.
Sorry to appear so vague but that is all I require at this stage.
With thanks.

This...
"...simultaneously change the polarity of two electro magnets between once and a few hundred times a second."

...sounds a bit more complex than:
"sufficient power to attract, say a piece of iron weighing a couple of ounces from half an inch away will be suitable"

What, specifically, are you trying to build here?

It's simply an initial experiment to see if it is possible to rapidly change the polarity to two electro magnets at the same time and see the interaction with iron objects placed within the field.
IE ANY device capable of rapidly changing the polarity of ANY two electro magnets would be sufficient to help me get under way. In other words, forget about current, size, et cetera, I just require the most simple device possible.
Thanks.

Hard drive, audio equipment, tools, etc, etc...

Thanks for all responses.
I regret my ignorance of the subject is prohibiting me from advancing.
I simply cannot find anyone who can supply ANY device which will rapidly change ANY electro magnets polarity.
Thanks again for consideration.

Physics is a bitch, ain't she?
