Temperature problem with arctic cooler a32

Hi all,
i installed an arctic freezer a32 for my amd fx 6300,the temperatures at light use(youtube,twitch etc) is around 36-40c but when gaming it jumps to 65-75-80 and i think it is too much.Speedfan is showing that 1 fan is running low and i don't know why.I attach the speedfan picture with the results.

Also when i boot the computer it shows a CPU fan error but i asked the technician and he told me not to worry since the fans are working fine.
Any suggestions?

Did you reapply a new layer of thermal paste when adding the new cooler?

Also make sure the cooler is tightly installed

It could be possible that the CPU is running through integrated graphics which puts alot of strain onto it, which expains the temperature.

When playing games what is the CPU percent usage? This can be seen in task manager under the CPU column.

Also update your drivers.

While playing Cs go the CPU usage is like 15% and ram about 30%.The drivers are up to date.
EDIT: I just checked again,the cpu usage is not even 6% and cs:go doesn't use more than 3% cpu while playing pls help :/
