My friend wanted to play overwatch on pc, but he didn't have a capable system. He wanted to buy a 600 dollar "gaming" laptop, but I persuaded him to build a desktop himself and that I would help him. Is this a good pc for that budget?

is that a hard budget? faster RAM for Ryzen 3000mhz at least is the sweet spot
not the best power supply in the world. if it were me.

faster RAM, better PSU w/longer warranty but had to change the case, still 7 dollars more but IMHO worth it.
