I was downloading mods for Minecraft, and when I stopped testing them, I changed my Minecraft launch, to launch my OptiFine version. When I got in, I started to play some Bed Wars with my friends, and I realized something. it was randomly dropping to 30 fps. I usually run at 60 fps, so I tried making a launch that changed the JVM arguments thing (-Xmx1G -) to 4. (-Xmx4G -) I tried that, now it just hangs around 30 - 50 fps. It is annoying, and it would like it to stop. It has never done this before.
