DX12 Support question

Greetings, I'm on a very, very low budget and I plan on going from my old reliable E7500 & GT210 1GB edition to Q6600 & GT1030 Low profile edition, I'm rather certain there'll be no bottleneck here, now the question is, as I've heard, only the GPU needs to be compatible with DX12 but the CPU still is 10 years old, will it be an issue with Windows 10?

The CPU is compatible with Windows 10 64-bit (don't get 32-bit) so there's no issues.

Not sure what you mean by "no bottleneck here" as there's always a bottleneck in every system. Usually it's the CPU or Graphics Card when gaming, or HDD/SSD when loading things but there's always a bottleneck.

You will still need to be very choosy about what games you play, and very careful in tweaking them.

*There aren't many DX12 games yet that are well optimized for DX12 anyway, and most are arguably too demanding for your computer.

I had no intention of getting 32 bit version, and well aware of the bottleneck issue, but if you're on a low budget you can't expect to get a "perfect" setup, with these 2 however, I'm not expecting any issues, and after a bit of googe it'd seem people paired it with 1050 Ti and reported just a slight bottleneck so I'm expecting to be fine with it, and yes I'm aware of the optimization issue, luckily the games I mainly play won't have problems with it, and if it's not too much, which other GPU within the price range is a suitable match?
