laptop performance is deteriorating

I have AMD E - 450 with Radeon Graphics 1.65 ghz Ram 6gb window 7.....previously all my games including basic game like AOE 3 were working fine but now the performance deteriorating...I have updated drivers...it improved just slightly....but some time ago it all worked all fine so please help....

i have installed the above......but the drivers update was a paid feature...so can u suggest something else....n how to monitor cpu summary
