G4560 or G4600 Cant decide or suggest something winthin 70 USD or less

4560 = 62 USD or less
4600 = 72 USD

while g4560 is hard to find in my country because everyone uses it in budget builds.
which do you think i should get bang for the buck? wanted to build a PC while waiting for 8th gen intel or ryzen sale.

Solution
I'm not sure how the pricing compares where you are, but the G4600 is technically slightly faster than a G4560, so the G4600 would likely be the better option between those two if were priced the same or lower.

You might want to verify whether or not it comes with a CPU cooler though. Normally, it should, but it's possible that some could be sold without one.
I think the biggest difference is that the G4620 has a better integrated GPU that's capable of HDCP 2.2, which you need to watch Netflix in 4k (given you're also on W10 and use Microsoft Edge). If you plan on using a dedicated GPU or don't have a 4k monitor (which I doubt most people with Pentiums do), just get the 4560 would be my suggestion.

The G4560 hasn't been that price since Intel launched it. It was considered an excellent deal when it was released, but the price has been continually rising, and you can't find it for anywhere close to $62 now. Currently, the only ones I see online cost over $100, more than the G4600, and around that price range there are better processors available. The G4600's price has risen too though, and it's close to $90 online now, which is better than the G4560, but still a bit too close to the price of an overclockable quad-core Ryzen 1200 if you don't need integrated graphics.
