Check & double check your front panel connector layout connections bottom right of board mate.

No power whatsoever when pushing the case power button would lead to the assumption that either they're plugged in wrongly or your psu is dead.

The PSU itself can be check by jumping it as per this info (unplug all cables from the board & peripherals first , you can leave a molex fan connected if you have one)

The Psu is brand new just got it today all the parts are just in from the mail , as for the front panel power i dont have a case yet its still in the mial this is just a shell i am keeping it in for now , i was hoping i could use the front panel power button from my dell optiplex 980 sff for a few days until i get my new case and i plugged it in but no lights or anything im really at a loss as what to do because all the parts are brand new , -- just tried the psu test and psu is working
