Question
Should I go for the budget build or mid-level entry builds? if mid-level which one?

Thoughts
a first time builder here, nice to meet you all!
first of all, the budget build looks satisfactory because of the 1060 6gb but sacrificing the cpu.
second, the entry build #1 is an intel type build on par with entry build #2 as of what I read on the internet
third, the entry build #2 is an amd build obviously but with rgb and stuff and I like rgb

hmm the budget build is quite tempting but also I would to consider the longevity of usage like maybe 3-4 years or even longer, and also the performances and appearances of the builds are quite different, the only drawback on my part in the mid level entry is the gpu and I would like to know if those 3 motherboards are good or better

so should I go with Rx 570 since it's greater than Rx580?

Edit: I know that 1060 or 580 is greater than 570, I was just clarifying your statement
