DDR4 + core i7 3770

hi,

i wanna upgrade my system and i want a DDR4 RAM supported motherboard for core i7 3770 "not K" processor .


Currently i have Intel DH77EB motherboard , 12GB DDR3 RAM , Intel core i7 3770"not K" processor, Geforce GTX 650Ti 1Gb GPU, 2TB seagate HDD.

Please advise on this . i want to use DDR4 RAM with core i7 3770"not K".

Oh yeah, not to be mean, but that 650ti is an older card now. A nice upgrade would be something like an RX 480,RX580(preferably the 580 8gb version, 480 is similar in performance, but slightly older. Still good if you get a killer deal though), gtx 1060 6gb, or a gtx 1070. I think I read the 3770 might bottleneck a 1080ti, I'm not sure about the 1080. But any of those GPUs will be a monster upgrade.

Do you have a budget?

I don't see an ssd or a power supply listed. You may need to consider upgrading the power supply, also getting an ssd will make the system feel like new. It will make it seem to fly for general usability. As far as GPU, a 1060 6b or the RX 480/580 should pretty much nearly max out any title at 1080p on a 60hz...

To be honest though, if you needed to save money, I would look at the gtx 1060 3gb card. That should still perform great. If you needed to save more, I would try not to go below the 1050ti. The 1050ti is an entry level card now, but would still be a much better performer than the 650ti. So those are the directions I would look at.
