As long as your Processor has sufficient cooling and stays within temperature boundaries and appears to be running stable....then you would be able to run it overclocked continually. It is only when you get instability, overheating and crashes, that you should remove overclocking.

It should be fine. Just keep good cooling on it, keep good airflow around it and around your motherboard in your case and you should be fine.
