Solution Dunlop0078 Oct 12, 2017 I think the word you are looking for is bottleneck not throttle. Throttling is when a cpu lowers it's clocks due to excessive heat. I am using a 7700k and 1060 right now. The 7700k in no way bottlenecks the 1060 in anything.
