1st PC Build Problems - E8 error on Intel Desktop Board

Dear forum,

I'm building my first pc and I got that weird E8 error on the motherboard display which means 'cheking password' and I am not getting any signal to my monitor.

I tried to reset everything with jumper and battery.
Also I tried different DIMs and a different graphics card.

My components:
Intel Desktop Board DX58SO2
Intel Xeon X5650
8GB DDR3 RAM from Kingston
450W power supply from Corsair
MSI GTX 760 Reference Design
1tb Toshiba hard drive
Arctic Freezer 13

if the server mb has video port pull the gpu see if the mb is posting from onboard video. if it is make sure it has the newest bios file on it.

I bought a 600W power supply and nothing changed.

It is a Desktop Board and it does not have onboard graphics.

Note: The MEMORY INIT led is blinking all the time and it is the only led that blinks.
Tried different DIMMs on different slots.
