First PC build, what do you guys think?

It may need some fine tuning as I am picking parts as I learn more about building PCs. Are these parts compatible and will the air cooler be sufficient?

Could you explain coffee lake? I hear that term and others thrown around a lot but am having a hard time understanding them.
