but what processor, ddr4 ram (16gb) which speed for it is enough, and what gaming monitor should i pick? i want to game on full hd 1080p 60fps on high settings. my graphics card of choice is the rx 470. otherwise i would have chosen the gtx 1050 ti but rx 470 is apparently better for full 1080p 60fps high settings gaming. but it's not a huge difference but i want the extra tiny amount of more power. i think for the hdd and ssd im going with wd blue 3,5" 1tb sata3 6gb/s 7200rpm 64 mb cache
and samsung 850 evo basic ssd 250gb 2.5" sata3 6gb/s. but pls tell me what is the best processor with those parts?

Solution
It really depends which style you like. But i did realize you didn't answer if you intend to overclock, so here is an alternative build which will give you are larger SSD and save a little money as well, including a case that I personally like.
