Hey so I just built a custom pc and don't know too much about them but my asus Gtx 1060 is at mid 70s while running PUBG on all ultra settings, is this normal?

@nitinvaid20 already told you. Probably the most important would be the model of card. Different models come with different coolers, which will obviously make a difference in how hot the card runs. But like I said, the temps you're seeing are fine, I don't see the issue here.
