HELP! Lagging in online games

Hello everyone ive a problem i really need help with my internet is fine in downloads and surfing but in online games i get huge huge lags the ping goes really high like 400 - 500 ping in-game while its actually 70ms outside the game the lags seem to stop? Tested ping on router and on google dns server and the lag spikes are at the same time

where you tested the 70ms ping?
what ping its showing for you in speedtest?
and which gemes you are playing on what server?

i have 5Ms ping when i test on speedtest.net i am from india new Delhi i play dota 2 on EU servers where i get ping of 150-170ms
ping depends on the ISP the distance and the Quality of line including the modem wires and all

CS:Europe servers (Mostly on Swedish servers) RL:Europe PUBG: Europe and i am from Norway and should not have any problems on Swedish server nor Europe servers. And i am using Wireless connecting btw. Tried changing Networkscard

2ms ping while pinging on your modem or router? and still there is spike of 690ms wow
you should check your router am sure its modem or lan issue
which router you have? you connected wirelessly? how many other device are connected

I dont know what to test now and the 2 ms is the router

I have reseted the router 3 times even factory reseted it

you should get the new router which one you have currently it looks like a hardware issue

I wrote Wireless in the speedtest gyazo link. but u think its the router that is broken?
