PC graphic question

Hi, I have a ASUS PC K30AD_M31AD_M51AD_M32AD series, I don't know what graphics is compatible with this pc build, my friend says a GTX 750 TI would work with this but I'm not quite sure... I don't really want to waste my money on something that can't work or is compatible with this pc. Thanks for reading this, and whoever is replying to my question.

If those models are the 4th Gen Intel processor line, any modern PCIe x16 gfx card should work fine as long as you have sufficient PSU capacity.

My processor is: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20Ghz
