Hi everyone,
yesterday I got my new graphics card (GAINWARD GeForce GTX 1060 6GB), put it in my PC and installed the newest drivers (old ones uninstalled by DDU). I tried a few games (Diablo III, Overwatch, CS:GO) and it's been terribly underperforming. For example on Overwatch, I got at average of 35FPS on medium settings, which i should according to https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ run normally. It was really weird for me so i downloaded Heaven benchmark and Novabench. On Heaven benchmark i only got score 814 and average fps 32.3 (on high quality)and on novabench on GPU test i got GPU score 411 (My grapgics card average on the site is 829). Don't anyone have an idea, what could be the cause it is underperforming? My specs are:

GPU: GAINWARD GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 (3.2GHz)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 (rev. 2.1)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2x4GB)
Storage: Western Digital Black 1TB
Power Supply: FSP Fortron HYPER M 700, 700W
Operation system: Windows 7 Home Premium

My brother's PC has 3.3 GHz CPU and runs with Geforce 960 with ease. Are you sure about the CPU?

GHz means nothing unless you are comparing identical processors (IE the 8320 and the 8350).
The overall architecture and single core performance matter exponentially more.

I am sure, as I said I ran a similar processor to yours (better) and it could manage a card that was much older.

Okay, thanks alot for help! Next week, I'll borrow friend's motherboard with RYZEN 5 1600X and try if it'll run better.
