Which Intel CPU is Best For Gaming & Streaming?

I need help picking the best Intel CPU for Gaming & Streaming. I'm finding my CPU (i5 4460) lacking for my current needs.

BTW my Motherboard is ASRock - H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

(Sorry forgot my budget) - $320

As of right now, the i7 8700k.

either the i74770k or the i7 5775c will drop into the motherboard and would be the cheapest immediate upgrade.

A 4 core/8 thread 1150 socket Xeon will also work in that motherboard.

The 8600K is an pretty awesome deal. 6 cores, no HT.. perfect for gaming.
