Is the G4600 paired with a 750Ti a good Gaming and Graphic editing PC?

Planning to start with a 7th gen Intel platform and since the G4560 isn't available, prices for the G4600 came down and there is a local shop here that offers a CPU+Motherboard bundle. I currently have a GTX 750Ti in my system and I am planning to sell the rest of the components leaving the PSU, Case, GPU, and Hard drive. Is this a good move? I am in need of an upgrade my current system seems to be dying I keep on getting weird and unusual behavior from my rig.

Solution
Gaming - not really - the 750ti is a bit dated. Look into a 1050ti or 1060 in the near future if you'd like to game @ 1080p.

CPU will be fine for the tasks mentioned though.
