I recently reinstalled Windows 7 on my newly built computer. The problem is the disk that came with my motherboard doesn’t work. The CD-Drive just makes a bunch of weird noises. As a result, I cannot download the necessary drivers for my computer as my internet does not even work. I tried to download the drivers on a USB and transfer it over, but Windows doesn’t detect my USB at all. Is there any other way to intall my drivers or at least fix my computer?

Computer Specs:
CPU: Intel 7700K
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 Armor
Mobo: MSI Z270 XPOWERGAMING TITANIUM
RAM: DDR4 16GB Corsair 3200Mhz

Thanks!

That motherboard is designed for Windows 10. Using Windows 7 requires adding the USB and other drivers to the installation process. You may have to start over with your windows install to fix this. There should be Windows 7 instructions on MSI's support pages.

So do you mean that even your internet driver needs to be put on by that disk or that in your house as a whole internet doesn't work? Could you just go to a friends house and get internet there? Also, try different usb ports. Make sure the usb port is working by trying another usb like another flash drive.
