I just won 120$ at the local McDonalds, should I buy a new motherboard and case or save this money for a better graphics card?
My PC now:
CPU: Intel 6600k
MOBO: GA-B250M-D3H
GPU: GTX 1050ti 4GB stable OC @ 1.67Ghz
Case: Cheapest case you can ever find on PCpartPicker (Rosewill SMR-01)
4TB HDD RAID
120GB SSD

Case I want to buy: Deepcool d-Shield 40$
Motherboard I want to buy: ASRock H170A-X1

Well, that's the question. Are you experiencing a bottleneck? If so, I doubt it's your CPU, but it really depends on the program. If you are just thinking of upgrading and not experiencing performance issues, then not a bad idea to get a better case.

It really comes down to if you NEED to upgrade the GPU at this point. You can tell this by looking at the CPU and GPU usage during games. If the CPU is at 50% and the GPU ~100% and performance isn't acceptable, then you need a GPU.

A new case is fine, so...
As said above, save for a GPU, your CPU is not weak or old. However, if you want the best price/performance go for a RX 580 or above that a Vega 56 (further up the food chain would be to get a 1080 or 1080 ti), if you can find them for a decent price. Otherwise, settle for a 1060 or 1070.

I don't think my 1050 ti is a bottleneck. The OC made more FPS in Crysis 3 that with a 1060 6GB.
Or I could just buy the 40$ case because mine is crappy and old as hell (used in a old system) and save the 80$ for future upgrades.

A new case is fine, so long as the parts inside it are performing as needed. If it's Case OR GPU and the GPU is an issue, the the recommendations are above. Otherwise, a case with some good airflow is always good to keep things chilly.

The price/performance charts are a bit wonky right now do to Etherium, but when things settle down, this is the current winners at their proper prices:

1050 VS RX 560 = 1050
1050ti vs RX 570 = RX 570
1060 3gb vs RX 580 4gb = RX 580 4gb
1060 6gb vs RX 580 8gb = Tie, slight edge to the 580
1070 vs Vega 56 = Vega 56
Vega 64 Air
1080 vs Vega 64 Water = 1080
1080ti

Supposedly there is a 1070ti coming to compete with the Vega 64 Air, but until I see it, I assume it's like the 960ti, which was total vaporware.
