Hey, I have a a budget of S$1700 or a little over.
CPU (Ryzen 5 1600)
MOTHERBOARD (Asus ROG Strix B350-F Gaming DDR4)
RAM (Corsair 8GB DDR4 2133MHz)-This ram is verified by QVL
GRAPHICS CARD (GIGABYTE Radeon RX460 WINDFORCE OC 4GB)
SSD (SanDisk PLUS 120GB)
HARD DRIVE (WD 1TB 7200RPM HDD)-
POWER SUPPLY (Seasonic FOCUS Plus Series FX-650 650W 80+ Gold)
CASING (NZXT S340 Matte Black Mid Tower ATX)
MONITOR (ASUS 21.5” VX228H Gaming Monitor)

I was wondering if these parts ok and not bottlenecking my performance, help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Off the cuff

RAM: 8GB is really the bare minimum now for gaming. If it's in your budget 16GB will put you at a good spot for the next couple of years for most games. Some already have 16GB as their min. Check your games of choice and see what they're recomending. Also if you can go for a higher speed. The AMD CPUs take advantage of the faster memory.

SSD: You're going to want more than 120GB. A 240-250GB is really a good starting point now given the size of some games and their patches. Middle-earth: Shadow of War for example needs 60GB (70GB according to Steam, and someone on the forums tonight reported a 97GB download size) and that's before any kind of patches come down the pipe. That's just for one game. GTA V famously had a 10GB...

That's just for one game. GTA V famously had a 10GB patch a couple years ago, so games can and will get huge. Adding other programs, Windows and its patches, you start running out of room real fast on a 120GB. Yes you can install to the 1TB drive but the micromanaging of where installs goes is 1) a pain in the butt to deal with long term and 2) not all programs get along with you redirecting their install path.

HDD: Make sure you're ordering an actual 7200rpm drive. WD and Seagate have switched to their main stream drives running at 5400rpm. Some vendors still have current drives listed at the prior drives speed of 7200rpm.
