Better cpu than my current

Hello this is my first time being on this website and i would like to know if their a decent to stronger cpu that can be better than my current Cpu and that compatible with my Geforce 1050 ti

Current Motherboard
BIOSTAR Hi-Fi A70U3P FM2+ / FM2 AMD A70M SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Current CPU
AMD Athlon X4 860k with AMD Quiet Cooler Quad-Core Socket FM2+ 95W AD860KXBJASBX Desktop Processor

I persosonally just want to be able handle streaming at least at 1080p im fine with how im currently am at 720p.

I also sorry for 2nd question if their a decent to great HHD that good at handling gaming.

Any cpu is compatible with a 1050 ti, the problem is your motherboard. There's no processor for that motherboard socket that will handle 1080p streaming, the R5 1600 is pretty much a minimum for that. Hard drives don't affect your FPS at all, so they don't matter for gaming except for load times.

Im just wondering cause my current HHD is dying pretty soon and im wanting to a buy a better one or one that actual decent price and able to load better.

I have never used an SSD in my life, and i dont know if my motherboard is compatible in able used SSD or not considering i dont know if the wires are the same as the HHD ones.
