Hey everyone!

I recently bought a Philips 65'' 4K tv and obviously it runs on 60Hz and it's plugged into my NVIDIA GTX 970 and i'm using a 144hz monitor for gaming.

I got the TV plugged in with a HDMI cable the my gaming monitor with a DP cable.

The problem i'm having is that, whatever I do, when I got the desktop extended or mirrored on my monitor and TV, the refresh rate drops dramatically.

I've googled this topic a lot and get a lot of answers but nothing seems to work for me. Can someone help me? :)

Solution
Seems normal for your setup with different refresh rates and dual monitors. Gaming with dual monitors can come up with issues, such as lower FPS, lower FPS than normal during recording, flicker, etc...

There are two good ways to setup a gaming system, one monitor or three running as a single one with the same specs on each.
