When i'm playing games my cpu shoots up over 90C. Using stock cooler. Not overclocked. Is there something wrong with my cpu or I just really need a aftermarket cooler?

Solution
Now we are talking.
1. Please buy 1 more fan as exhaust.
2. Check the stock cooler is properly installed or not or just re-seat the cooler with any decent quality thermal paste (like cm value series).
3. What is your room temp? and if your rig can breathe properly i mean some clearance all around?
4. Cooler fan is running at 100% or you have unknowingly set any low noise fan profile in your mobo?

Please ensure your cabinet has atleast one exhaust fan. If it is there try to fit one intake from front and one exhaust at the back or top. Case ventilation is very important to decrease cpu temp. And no it is not right. There might be many reasons to look for. First tell me how well is your cabinet air circulation is. Any dust build up. How long it is happening?

I have one intake fan, the rig's clean and I noticed the temp last week.

I checked the temperature for the first time, and that's when i noticed its over 90C while gaming. My rig is only 4 months old.
