I was mounting my motherboard to the sandoffs that were in the case and I screwed the wrong kind of screws and when I tried to pull them out I pulled them with the whole standoff atached to it and now I need help to unscrew it without damaging the motherboard...My motherboard is an ASRock A320-DGS

Solution
Once the motherboard is out of the case, you can then hold the standoff with either a wrench (if octagonal) or pliers (if round) so that it doesn't spin while unscrewing the mounting screw. This may require two people, one for the wrench/pliers and one for the screwdriver.
