RAM 4GB(2x2GB) only half Corsair Vengeance LP 1600mhz

MOBO: H97 Pro gamer
RAM: 3 STICKS of
CORSAIR Vengeance LP 4GB(2x2GB) 1600 Mhz
CPU: Intel i5-4460

hoping to get 12GB but BIOS and Windows 10 x64 only shows 6GB
I already tried XMP with 9-9-9-24-2T with 1600Mhz.
inserted each one of them to A1,A2,B1
also tried resetting BIOS still.... only half of 4GBs totaling to 6GB.

in BIOS, DRAM Status each one is at 2048 1333mhz

Yes but adding a third stick and it will no longer be a KIT. Also as said above, every stick of yours is only 2 GB so you only got a total of 6 GB.
If you can then sell your sticks and get a new 2x4GB or 2x8GB memory kit.

That is 2gb memory sticks so yes 3 sticks is 6gb not 12.
CORSAIR Vengeance LP 4GB(2x2GB) 1600 Mhz that means a set of 2gb sticks that =4gb total.
